We are looking for a talented Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop team in Campbellfield specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance for our On Highway customers.
Description – External
Completes repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under supervision
Applies documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and schedule maintenance, including preparing required parts and tools
Disassemble, inspect and clean engines and /or engine components
Assists with completion required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms, via handwritten forms or business system input screens
Maintains work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Mechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Light vehicle mechanic or plant mechanic (light/heavy/engine recon).
Experience as a technician in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products.
Ideally possess engine repair, rebuild or reconditioning experience.
