We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our Team Onsite in our Master Rebuild Centre – Carole Park Brisbane area manufacturing operation.
You’ll provide administrative support to the operational leadership team and enjoy a variety of other tasks.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and other stakeholders within the operation
Coordination of registers, and training records
Accounts administration and support – Purchasing & Payables
General point of contact for our internal customers
Supporting databases and transferring data between platforms.
Navigating our IT systems as required
Promoting Cummins products, services and embracing safety as a value.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident with Microsoft Office suite. ERP software skills would be an advantage
A self-starter who is happy to be the go to person for the team
Positive, upbeat attitude and ability pick up things quickly
Strong work ethic and result orientation
Great multi-tasker

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Requires Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency and strong computer skills.
