We are looking for a talented Store Person to join our high performing team based in Hume. In this role you will be part of our high functioning team and work the morning shift from 8:00am until 4:06pm (with overtime options).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in warehouse

• Data entry, processing orders

• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

• Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• Assist with parts interpreting and customer interaction

• Complete cycle-counts and routine stock takes

• Undertake housekeeping duties to ensure work area is maintained, cleaned and safe

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• A current Forklift license is a must

• Previous warehousing/stores experience – in a similar industry is preferable

• Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently

• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work cohesively in a team
