Parts Supervisor – Kalgoorlie (residential)

We are looking for a talented Parts Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the parts department/warehouse in our Kalgoorlie branch. This key appointment will develop strong working relationships both internally and externally and provide first class service to our customers.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Oversee the parts and warehouse for our Kalgoorlie branch – including managing stock levels, inventory records, stock takes, updating database, compliance, receiving goods, packaging and arrange storage in warehouse to optimise space
Manage customer agreements for pricing/service/escalations
Process customer orders and parts interpreting.
Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations and promoting a safe work environment
Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
Follow all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous experience in a part’s transactional or warehouse role, with solid understanding of maintaining stock levels and inventory records
Demonstrated supervisory experience is highly desirable
Be solutions focused with the ability to problem solve and display a high level of competency with core work skills
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships and offering customer-centric solutions
