We are looking for a talented Account Manager On-Highway QLD, Northern NSW & NZ to join our Filtration sales team. This highly visible role is responsible for the overall partnership management of several dealer, OEM and independent accounts in the QLD, Northern NSW & NZ regions. Th candidate for this role is ideally based in South East QLD (Brisbane and surrounds, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Play a key role implementing the company’s growth strategy across the QLD, Northern NSW & NZ regions and assume a pivotal role in the South Pacific sales team

  • Develop, manage, and maintain business relationships with assigned accounts

  • Support growth or new business opportunities and cost initiatives

  • Achieve revenue and share goals associated with revenue and profit targets

  • Supports account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results

  • Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts using Cummins tools, processes, and CRM systems

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Track record in building strong relationships and communicating effectively across different levels to influence decision making, facilitate outcomes and achieve results

  • An ability to devise, plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives, and to negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Solid interpersonal skills with a solution focused approach to sales

  • Current unrestricted drivers licence
