About the role:
Based at our close-knit branch in Leeton, the successful applicant for this role will act as the first and last point of contact for our valued customers in the Leeton area. You’ll be specialising in supporting mainly our heavy on-highway as well as some regional mining customers.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for our customers and developing those relationships
Collaborating with our Service team to provide critical breakdown support between our customers, Workshop Supervisor and Service Technician’s
Preparing of invoices and quotes
Work with the team to ensure high levels of work quality and Health and Safety

Some Demonstrated industry experience across agriculture, light or heavy dealerships, heavy on highway, or other similar automotive industries
Ideally have worked in a Service Advisor capacity
A mechanical trade qualification would be very highly regarded, but is not essential
Proven customer service experience and skills with a genuine commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
Be team orientated and enjoy working with a technical team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and experience in conflict resolution
The ability to work individually or as part of a team
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
