We are looking for a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team in Mackay, QLD!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers and maintains a relationship with internal and external customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner

-Answering parts related inquiries via customer calls and emails

-Assisting with parts interpretation and the provision of required parts

-Advise on part suitability and talk customers through the best solution for the job

-Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner

-Carries out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers, completing and processing paperwork and handling check, and credit card transactions

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

-Previous Customer service experience required

-Parts interpreter experience highly desirable

-Ability to learn new software and processes

-Able to prioritise complex tasks and troubleshoot

-High attention to detail, and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills required

-Forklift ticket would be highly desirable

-Able to work well in a team situation

Compensation and Benefits

-Monday to Friday, with (every third) Saturday rotating roster

-Competitive hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
