Based at our Mackay branch, this role reports in to the Branch Manager. As the Parts Manager, you will manage a team of 11 to meet internal and external customer requirements for the end to end supply chain functions. You will lead continuous improvement projects for functional excellence, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders. This strategic leadership role is a unique opportunity to join a high performing branch and manage an annual operating plan to deliver results.
Manage daily operations of Parts and warehouse functions
Liaise with internal and external customers
Manage, coach and develop a team of 11 employees
Manage an annual operating plan including expense resources and capital
Ensure customer expectations are met in all supply chain functions
Drive business growth

Demonstrated management experience in a Parts or Warehouse role
Previous experience in the automotive, mining or trucking industry is highly desirable
Strong leadership experience
Be able to drive results and motivate your team
Proven track record of achieving financial goals
Strong communication skills – verbally and written
Previous experience using Movex is highly desirable
Solid awareness of health and safety in the workplace
