We are looking for a talented WA Parts Manager to join our team in Perth. You will be responsible for managing a strong multi-million dollar parts business supporting mining, automotive, industrial, marine, rail and power generation customers.

This role reports to the Regional Branch Manager and works extensively with the branch network throughout Western Australia. As the WA Parts Manager, you will directly manage a local team to meet internal and external customer requirements as well as provide functional support with parts personnel in WA. You will lead continuous improvement projects for functional excellence, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage daily operations of a multi-million-dollar Parts business.

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to grow the parts business within WA.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of employees.

  • Manage an annual operating plan including expense resources and capital.

  • Ensure customer expectations are met in all supply chain functions.

  • Provide Parts expertise and guidance to the Western Australian branch network.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Demonstrated management experience in a Parts role.

  • Experience in parts inventory management.

  • Previous experience in the automotive, mining, or trucking industry is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership experience.

  • A team player who can drive results and motivate your team.

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Previous experience using Movex is highly desirable.

  • Solid awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
