We are looking for a talented Service Advisor specialising in assisting with technical queries throughout the service and warranty process for our busy Perth branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serve as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the Perth branch

  • Deal with technical queries from customers and develop positive relationships

  • Plan jobs and create work orders, book in vehicles for service & check parts, administer invoices & accounts

  • Consistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progress

  • Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work completed

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders – (mainly technicians and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Demonstrated technical experience specific to Cummins or similar industry

  • World class communication skills – both written and verbal with solid IT capabilities

  • An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is highly desirable as well as familiarity with financial processes / accounts and purchase orders

  • Experience of delivering first class customer service from an automotive or warranty background
