We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team based in Port Moresby!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver a first-class service to our customers
Complete service, repairs, and maintenance of heavy diesel products in the field, on clients’ sites and in our workshop as required
Perform preventative maintenance activities as scheduled
Identify additional service opportunities for clients
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor
Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Must be Qualified Tradesperson
Basic level field service work experience
Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
Technical Training Certificate (TTC)/Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
Locally valid driving permit
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
Customer service experience
Compensation and Benefits
Monday to Friday 7.30 to 4.30pm and Saturday half day
Competitive hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
Relocation assistance offered from anywhere in PNG (Conditions apply)
