Service Advisor - Rotorua

About the role:

Based at our branch in Rotorua, the successful applicant for this role will act as the first and last point of contact for our valued customers across Bay of Plenty. Some of the daily responsibilities for our highly-respected Service Advisors include:

  • Co-ordinating critical breakdown support between our customers and Field Service Technician’s

  • Preparing of invoices, quotes & purchase orders for additional parts

  • Providing advice and product support

  • Monitoring of equipment through a telematics system

  • Work 8am-5pm Monday to Friday roster

Additionally, you will work closely with our highly qualified Technician staff, communicating with our Branch Service Management teams whilst always ensuring the highest levels of safety and customer service are maintained.

About you

  • Proven customer focused, and strong administration experience is essential

  • Experience in the light automotive OR heavy diesel industry is advantageous but NOT essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and experience in conflict resolution

  • The ability to work individually and part of a team

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A genuine commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
