About the role:

We currently have an enviable opportunity for an experienced highly motivated professional to join our award-winning Cummins Support Centre (CSC). Based at Scoresby Head office and reporting to the CSC Manager, the broad responsibilities of this exciting position include:

  • Contact Centre Operational and Strategic workforce planning

  • Coordinating functional training across the department

  • Business intelligence reporting and analytics

  • Knowledge Leadership to achieve operational excellence

  • Collaborating with internal business units on regional and global projects

  • Work closely with CSC manager with strategy development and help make informed decisions by analysing data & trends

  • Be a key member of the leadership team and help coach & influence them

  • Lead Customer Service Excellence

  • Lead quality across all enquiry types

Additionally, you will provide ongoing mentoring to the leadership team whilst managing and developing a Business Support Coordinator.

About you

  • A track record of success in a similar position with a focus on workforce planning

  • Quality assurance manager, contact centre manager, contact centre operations, project manager or improvement officer roles are advantageous, but NOT essential

  • The capacity to work autonomously whilst maintain a team outlook

  • Highest calibre communicative abilities

  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to engage across all level of business

  • A proactive approach to your work

  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel capabilities

  • A basic six sigma certification (yellow or green) is desirable
