Customer Service Advisor - Service
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor - Service to join our customer support team in Scoresby . We are open 24/7 , 365 days a year, our Service Advisors work 12 hour shifts on a rotating roster averaging 3 days per week to give you a great work life balance. Shifts alternate between day and night shifts, you will also get 5 weeks Annual Leave per year, and the opportunity to pick up overtime once training is complete. This a hybrid role combining work from home with onsite work.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage breakdown events for a range of customers out of hours and proactively manage FST (Field Service Technician) safety
Provide warranty advice on a range of engine platforms
Answer Cummins engine technical enquiries
Complete Dealer invoices for the engine rerate process
Manage after hour emergency parts events for major Cummins Customers
Provide Electronic service tool support to internal and external customers
Provide support on a range of Cummins Service programs to internal staff members
Work with your team mates to complete all work required on shift and exceed customer expectations.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Relevant trade qualification (Heavy or Light vehicle) is essential
High levels of customer service as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, self-starter and be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise complex tasks and work across multifaceted systems
Proven customer service experience and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
A willingness to learn and develop new skills and systems
Have an approachable and flexible attitude
Ability to troubleshoot, make decisions and manage customer expectations in high pressure situations

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. Overtime penalties. 12 hour shifts on a rotating roster averaging 3 days per week to give you a great work life balance. 5 weeks annual leave per year.
