The Cummins Business Services is an internal shared services function that supports the Cummins Distribution Business both locally and globally.

About the role:

We currently have an enviable opportunity for an experienced HR Leader to join our high performing Cummins Business Services (CBS) team and strong collaboration with the Functional Leaders across Cummins business. Reporting to CBS Global Human Resource Director, as a sole HR leader you’ll partner with the business and assume responsibility for all aspects with HR operations for our business unit. Your role will also include;

  • Be responsible for overall operational effectiveness compliance

  • Partner with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns

  • Establish strategies select and retain diverse talent

  • Collaborate with business leaders on business goals and develop initiatives and tactics

  • Coach and counsel on human resources matters

  • Communicate and consult on all areas of human resources

About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven experience working in global or regional businesses

  • Strong expertise in coaching & guiding managers

  • Resilient and an understanding of culture diversity

  • Flexible – 25% travel component to Singapore & the Philippines

  • Assertive and influential

  • HR Degree is advantageous
