About the role

Join this supportive team in a variety packed job share role supporting senior executives and management across the Asia Pacific regions in our busy generalist inhouse Legal Team. In this key Executive Assistant role, you will be seen as an extension of the executive team, ensuring a positive customer experience whilst being the executive representative to others.

This is a part time role where you can spread your hours across the week or get them done over 2 days a week. The flexibility of this job share role allows you to balance your personal commitments with your work.

Providing high level administrative support and fully utilising your strong technical nous you will anticipate the needs of our executives supporting with drafting correspondence and legal documents, file management, company secretarial support, maintaining reports, research, liaising with stakeholders, co-ordinating of travel, expense reports, preparing presentations, co-ordinating events, calendar management, maintaining confidential records, general administrative and quasi-paralegal support across the Asia Pacific region in commercial transactions, litigation, property, employment law and compliance in - no two days will be the same.

About you

  • Extensive prior experience in a similar EA level role

  • Solid experience within the legal industry is essential

  • Experience in an inhouse role in a multi-national is desirable

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written skills

  • Tech savvy and can use initiative and technology to improve and streamline processes

  • Collaborative self-starter attitude

  • Ability to juggle multiple complex priorities at once

  • Resilient professional manner

  • Ability to work in high-pressure environment

  • Legal experience a must!!!
