About the role
We currently have a newly developed opportunity for an experienced Manager Business Partner & Reporting to join our high performing Cummins team.
The Manager Business Partner & Reporting provides advice on complex financial issues, engaging with and responsive to a broad range of stakeholders to deliver high quality and robust financial services and advice across the various lines of businesses.
Reporting to the Director Finance, the Manager Business Partner & Reporting will manage a diverse professional team responsible for the delivery of timely, effective and value added financial management, commercial advice and reporting services including management reporting, preparation of budgets and forecasts, capital infrastructure and business partnering. This role will provide support to the leadership team to meet sales and profit targets via effective and actionable reporting and analysis, prepare and maintain financial and strategic models, assess key business and market trends to identity and develop new growth opportunities, manage all taxation requirements, prepare valuation cases for businesses and assets, including valuation models, drive and execute process efficiencies as well as builds a high-performance culture
Your extensive experience in leading and managing a financial reporting and business partnering team, should be complemented by a CA or CPA qualification. A proven ability to lead a large professional team within a transformational environment, a focus on leading continuous improvement and highly developed communication.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
Proven leadership experience and developing high performing teams
Significant experience in managing a financial planning and analysis function in a comparable business environment
A high level of commercial acumen and an ability to understand and interpret business strategy
Demonstrating experience working with a range of stakeholders including Executives, Sales and Operational staff
Demonstrated experience in innovating within the Finance function

The ability to translate the numbers into a business story.
The ability to identify markets and develop growth opportunities
Experience developing and preparing annual operating budgets and rolling forecasts

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
Significant experience required, including supervisory experience.
The main responsibility of this role is to manage the reporting and business partnering function and associated teams. The incumbent will manage the internal reporting with month end reporting, forecast and budgeting and management reports for AsiaPac region and the external reporting, managing external auditors and tax. This role is also responsible to support the business to achieve their AOP and strategic plan, grow market share in line with the goal tree targets, support business target achievements, identify and drive execution of improvement opportunities for the business performance and provide clear and robust financial analysis to support decision making.
