About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced planning and reporting manager has become available within our Scoresby office, supporting the leaders within Cummins Business Services in the Southeast Asia and South Pacific (SEAPAC) region.

This role is responsible for the development of annual plans, preparation of forecasts, and analyzing and evaluating financial performance for the Accounting, HR, Administrative Services, IT, and Management Services teams located in countries across the region. The SEAPAC shared services teams support multiple Cummins businesses within the region. An awareness of what drives shared service cost allocation is imperative for success.

Other tasks include:

  • Service margin and profitability analysis and recommendation of financial actions to different business units

  • Accountability for Service Level Agreement reporting and guiding leaders to implement corrective actions and change.

  • Managing, coaching and mentoring a team of financial analysts

  • Identifying areas of opportunity and risk and conveying this meaningfully to leaders

About you

  • University, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and CPA / CA qualified

  • Demonstrated management accounting background

  • Collaboration skills with a range of stakeholders, local and international, in a business environment

  • Shared Services experience

  • Leadership experience and development of direct reports

  • Effective and adaptable written and verbal communication

  • Passionate leader who can adapt to the Cummins Way of Working.
