About the Role

We currently have an enviable opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our high performing Cummins team.Reportingto the Cummins South Pacific Distribution HR Leaderand working closely with the broader South Pacific HR team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and facilitate all key employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

  • Providing coaching and advice to leaders on people matters

  • Assist in managing administration and adherence to human resources policies and procedures

  • Ensure all cyclical activities are executed effectively (salary and performance reviews, talent reviews etc)

  • Active involvement in HR projects such as compensation related projects

About you

  • Be tertiary qualified with at least 5-7 years HR generalist experience

  • Proven experience working in global or similar complex matrixed organisation

  • Experience within manufacturing, automotive or mining industries is advantageous

  • Have worked in a blue-collar environment with strong compliance requirements

  • Adopt a proactive and positive attitude

  • Demonstrate clear commitment to customer service and safe work practices

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicative skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with key stakeholders
