We are looking for a talented Parts Specialist to join our stores team exclusively supporting our internal branch teams.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage all parts picks received by the warehouse related to our workshop and field service teams
Requisition of all parts to individual jobs holding accountability for all parts transactions, processing, tracking etc.
Liaise with the departments regarding any parts queries, ensuring fast resolutions for any issues
Be the key pint of contact for the branch’s compliance, managing monthly auditing and compliance activities
Assist in the parts functions of cycle counting and annual stock take
Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement
Assist others in the warehouse are required
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Have previous Warehouse or Parts experience, ideally in an automotive environment.
High levels of customer service as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Be highly IT and systems savvy
Highly motivated and a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
A forklift licence would be high regarded; however, we are able to provide training and certification for the right candidate
