We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our team in Tomago, NSW!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Dealing with Customer queries, in person and online
Combination role of Service Administration and General Administration
Assisting with payroll entry when required
Inputting of timesheets
Processing purchase orders
Participating in onsite monthly OH&S compliance tasks
Managing contractor permits
Ensuring training database is up to date - Censes
Coordinating travel arrangements
Compliance databases to be updated – IndiSoft, and local records
Generating monthly reports, which include, service KPI report, branch performance report and other reports when required
Covering Reception when required
Any other ad hoc tasks required
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous administrative experience (automotive, mining, or trucking industry is highly desirable)
Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite, specifically excel
A highly organised person with a strong eye for detail
A positive, upbeat attitude and a proactive mindset
Can multitask, and be willing to help team members
Experience with Time sheeting, Accounts, finance, and purchase orders is advantageous
Awareness of OH&S in the workplace
