We are looking for a talented Electrician with a Mechanical background to join our Power Generation Team in Wodonga . If you are a Dual trade Electrician (Mechanical & electrical) or an Electrician with Mechanical industry knowledge , and you are looking to power up your career in heavy industrial equipment, we have the opportunity for you!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
-Be first on the field for customers for breakdowns, repairs, and service works primarily on Power Generation products
-Troubleshooting and diagnostics and maintenance of engines up 78 Litre Diesel
-Completing all work with a high focus on safety
-Participate in an After Hours on call roster
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
-Relevant trades qualification; Dual Trade qualified Electrician, with Heavy Diesel qualification, or industry knowledge
-Previous field service experience preferred
-High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience
-Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
-Strong PC skills
-Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
-A current, valid driver’s license
-Previous experience in Power Generation products highly regarded but not essential
Compensation and Benefits
-Monday to Friday, weekend work (occasional) and after hours on call rotating roster
